Returns Policy:

Should the customer receive an order  where the products are not in usable condition, or a product is defective,  Cara Craft Supplies  offers a full exchange or refund and  postage is paid.  Either a full refund or exchange will be given.

Should a customer receive an item which is not to their liking, a full refund or exchange is offered as long as goods are returned within 30 days (postage paid by customer) and received by DIYWedding in a re-saleable condition. 

All returns should be sent with a covering note explaining the returned items to:
