If coming from the M50 going North, exit at junction 13.  Take the 3rd exit on the roundabout, following the signs for Sandyford.  Then follow the  directions from step 4.

 

If coming from Dundrum Village, the road through the village leads straight up to Sandyford Road (with Dundrum centre on your right).  Go through the lights at the end of the village/centre, and continue up the hill onto Sandyford Road.  Go through four sets of traffic lights (including pedestrian).  As you progress up the hill you will pass a green park on the right (partially visible behind a wall)  and then a small car park which accomodates approx. 10 cars.  Just after the last set of  pedestrian lights and just after this small car park bay, we are located on the right hand side in through a cream coloured gateway with a sign for a dentist (and other businesses).  We are in here, in another building beside the dentist.  We're on the right as you come through the gate.

 

If arriving at Ballaly LUAS coming from the South (Sandyford), exit the LUAS and climb the stairs to exit the station.  If arriving on a LUAS from the North (city centre), exit the LUAS and cross back over the tracks to exit the station on the other side.

 

When you exit the station, there will be a small roundabout on your left hand side with signs for VHI Healthcare clinic.  Turn right, and when you reach the main road, turn left.  At the first lights, turn left again - this is Sandyford Road.  Go through four sets of traffic lights (including pedestrian).  As you progress up the hill you will pass a green park on the right (partially visible behind a wall)  and then a small car park which accomodates approx. 10 cars.  Just after the last set of  pedestrian lights and just after this small car park bay, we are located on the right hand side in through a cream coloured gateway with a sign for a dentist (and other businesses).  We are in here, in another building beside the dentist.  We're on the right as you come through the gate.
