Delivery and Shipping

We now offer FREE POSTAL DELIVERY on all orders over €40!! 

Free Delivery applies to all An Post orders  - once your order exceeds €40.00 in value delivery is FREE!

General Delivery Times

Ireland

We have two methods of shipping in Ireland. 

• Standard An Post - EURO 3.00.    Delivery time averages approximately 2-3 days after dispatch.
• Next Day Delivery Courier Post - EURO 6.25.  Delivery time is next day after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are from the time of dispatch, not the time of ordering.  We try to turn most orders around within 1-2 days of receipt, but this cannot always be guaranteed during busy periods.  We operate on a first come, first served basis.

Delivery with An Post is *usually* 1-3 days but it is not guaranteed or traceable and can vary,  sometimes taking up to 3 weeks.  A re-ship is provided if items have not shown up after 3 weeks. If guaranteed quick delivery time is required, please choose the Courier Post option.

For the Courier Post delivery option, someone must be present to accept delivery and provide a signature.  If the residence is unattended when a delivery attempt is made, a delivery note will be left and the parcel can then be collected from the local sorting office or in some cases, post office.  An Post Courier Post do not call phone numbers provided to re-arrange delivery, but collection from the local sorting or post office is usually very straightforward.

UK

Shipping to the UK is by airmail only - for EURO 3.00 as for Ireland deliveries.  Shipping by courier is also possible, at a cost of EURO 12.00 per parcel.  Please email us at info@craftsupplies.ie to arrange courier delivery to the UK.

Europe/Rest of World

We ship internationally based on cost of registered airmail.  Please email us at info@craftsupplies.ie when you have your order placed and we will arrange to take additional payment for postage for international orders.
