Shipping information
What does shipping cost?  Do you ship outside Ireland?  We are currently offering a standard An Post of EUR 3.00 anywhere in Ireland or the UK, or a next day delivery after dispatch courier service for EUR 7.00.   For orders in the rest of the world, shipping is charged at cost - please contact us at info@craftsupplies.ie for postal rates.
How soon can you ship my order?   We aim to turn orders around within 1-2 busines days, though this cannot always be guaranteed during busy times or staff shortages.  We operate (pretty) normal business hours - Mon - Fri, 9.30am to 5.30pm.
Payment Methods
Is it safe to use my credit card to purchase from your site?  Our site is directly integrated with Bank of Ireland over a secure connection using Bank of Ireland's preferred online credit card processing vendor, Realex.  The credit card details go directly to Realex, without us seeing them at all on our site.  They are sent over a secure, encrypted connection, and never seen by us.  If we need to refund you or for any reason get your credit card details, we will need to call you - as we don't see or store credit card details *anywhere* on our site.  We chose this option to provide maximum customer security for any credit card information.
Do you accept cheques or postal orders?  Yes, but you must place your order online first and payment must be received within 7 days or the order will be cancelled to release stock to other customers.  Also, note that we do accept Laser cards on the site if you don't have a credit card.  To place an order for which you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, simply add the items to your shopping cart, and click " checkout" .  Login or create a new account and include your delivery details and address.  Then click " Next" .  Choose your shipping option and add a note under " additional comments" to let us know you are paying by cheque or postal order.  At this point you will be given an option to " Process" your order.  Push the " process order" button and stop there.  We will pack your order and ship it to you on receipt of the cheque or postal order.

I'm being asked for a zip code, but I don't have one!   The zip code is not required - just enter 00.

What do the card sizes " C6" and " DL" mean?   C6 cards are essentially a quarter of an A4 page -  measuring 114 mm by 162 mm.  They are the " standard" greeting card size.  DL is a long, narrow card - measuring 110mm x 220mm.  This is essentially an A4 page folded in three horizontally.  A5 sheets are half of an A4 sheet.  Our card blanks are provided cut and machine scored to make them easy to fold over.
